Launching from 26th May 2025, “Tides of Change” is a 100-minute therapy that combines ishga’s award-winning organic seaweed skincare with targeted massage techniques, energy balancing, and a particular focus on the abdomen, where emotional and hormonal imbalances often manifest. The treatment is designed to balance energies, soothe symptoms such as fluid retention and emotional tension, and promote overall wellbeing—supporting both the body and mind through this transformative stage of life.
The experience includes a grounding abdominal massage to promote hormonal balance, improve digestion, and release core tension. It also features a rejuvenating facial using cooling jade rollers to reduce puffiness, soothe sensitive skin, and boost circulation.
