The Road of Excess gets a 12-Screening UK Q&A Tour

The Road of Excess, a feature documentary about the former Dirty Sanchez star’s solo Atlantic-row attempt, gets a 12-screening UK Q&A tour — with Pritchard appearing in person at every screening, hosted by broadcaster Matt Stocks.

More than two decades after he first hit screens as one of the four men behind MTV’s Dirty Sanchez — the show that took British television to places it had never been and is unlikely ever to return — Mathew Pritchard is going back on tour. Not with a sledgehammer or a bag of staples, but with a documentary about getting clean, getting older, and rowing the Atlantic Ocean alone.

Directed by Jamie Jones and produced by Mitos Studios with the support of Ffilm Cymru Wales, the film opens its UK theatrical run with a 12-screening, 10-day Q&A tour from Thursday 28 May to Saturday 6 June 2026. Pritchard appears live at every screening, with Matt Stocks — broadcaster and host of Life In The Stocks — hosting the Q&A and meet-and-greet after the credits roll.

The Road of Excess will preview on 31st May, at Chapter, Cardiff.
