We’ve adapted our services like never before, this pandemic won’t stop us safely supporting home buyers and sellers across Cardiff.”

Joanne Whitehead, head of the property team at leading legal firm Watkins & Gunn, said the award-winning firm is open for business thanks to a series of unique health and safety adaptations that have been introduced during lockdown.

The manager, whose seven-strong team specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial sales, said the firm has introduced innovative electronic and contactless measures, to enable buyers to progress with property transactions safely.

These include contact-free conveyancing, which Watkins & Gunn began introducing prior to the coronavirus outbreak, electronic signatures of client care papers, electronic ID checks via a mobile app, online questionnaires, and frequent email and telephone contact from solicitors to consistently support clients.

Ms Whitehead, who has overseen the team for two years, said she was “incredibly proud” of the efficient service her team is delivering at such unprecedented times.

She said: “As a team, our focus has always been to offer the highest standard of service to our loyal clients.

We have introduced a number of contactless services, such as a highly innovative contact-free conveyancing and electronic ID service, to ensure that the sales process our clients entrust us with, remains as smooth as possible.
