In 2017 we completely refurbished Temple Court reception so that even though the building is traditional the inside is contemporary, spacious and welcoming thus enabling us to offer hot desking and free meeting room space as an additional service.
Planning was the essential part of ensuring the refurb started and finished in the given window and in the agreed budget, it can be so easy to go over, it was so important that we gave our clients and their clients the beautiful new reception area but didn’t impact on their business………we did it and are all reaping the benefits of it. We also installed showers, additional car parking and space for an additional covered bike storage area.
Our choice of designer Claire Willicombe, Director of Lillieum was amazing from helping choose the style, colours, the furniture and all the other items that go to make the place look amazing, in the middle of everything moving and being dug up she was calm, firm and professional at all times………she was the perfect right hand man when refurbishing a busy serviced office. www.lillieum.co.uk
