The story
The site was originally the home of Ernest Plisson, head of Lysberg Limited, one of the largest coal exporters in the Bristol Channel in the early 1900s. His ship, Sainte Adresse, was named after the seaside town near Le Havre with which he traded, and, a century on, gives the development its name. The names of each of the blocks were inspired by artworks painted by Claude Monet whilst holidaying in Sainte Adresse- La Pointe de la Hève, La Falaise de Sainte Adresse and La Côte de Sainte Adresse, each of which bear a remarkable resemblance to the Penarth coastline!

Sleek, stylish and contemporary, the apartments have been built, and finished, to the very highest standards. Expansivewindows and generous terraces make the most of the mesmerising, ever-changing views over the Bristol Channel and beyond. Sliding doors blend the indoors with the outdoors and provide flexible living and entertaining.
