Padel is Fashion’s Next Sport Moment and PRYA has the Jewellery to Match

Jewellery brand PRYA introduces The Padel Collection, the first fine jewellery line inspired entirely by the fast-rising sport of padel. Blurring the lines between sport and style, the collection reimagines the classic tennis bracelet through the rhythm, movement and social energy of the game.

At the heart is the Signature Padel Bracelet, a contemporary take on a jewellery icon. Defined by a fluid line of pear-shaped stones that mirror the silhouette of a padel racket, each piece is crafted in 18k gold vermeil or sterling silver. Designed to move with the body, it catches the light from every angle, echoing the pace and dynamism of the sport itself.

Arwa Hassan, co-founder and style director of PRYA, says: “Padel is no longer just a sport, it is part of a lifestyle. With The Padel Collection, we wanted to capture that energy and translate it into fine jewellery that feels elevated, expressive and effortless to wear every day.”

Expanding the narrative beyond a single hero piece, The Padel Collection is made up of three distinct bracelet designs:

Signature Padel Bracelet – a fluid line of pear-cut stones inspired by a padel racket

Icon Padel Bracelet – a statement design with high-shine oval stones and a pave padel racket charm

Fine Icon Padel Bracelet – delicate, layering-friendly links with the signature racket charm

The collection marks the first time padel has been interpreted through fine jewellery, positioning it firmly at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle and contemporary sport.

Its launch comes as padel moves firmly into the cultural mainstream. The sport is now recognised as the world’s fastest-growing, with UK search interest up 113% year-on-year and an estimated 1.2 million searches monthly. According to the 2025 Global Padel Report by Playtomic and PwC’s Strategy&, the game has also seen a 26% increase in new clubs, with more than 7,000 new courts added globally, signalling its rapid expansion beyond traditional European strongholds.

At the same time, sport-led jewellery is experiencing renewed momentum, with UK searches for the “tennis bracelet” averaging over 80,000 per month, reflecting a wider shift towards pieces rooted in sport, nostalgia and everyday wearability.
