Laings Cardiff has full re-opened following renovations.
The showroom is enhances with refreshed client areas and window displays.

Luxury Jeweller Laings have further elevated their Cardiff showroom with a new look for 2026. Since 2000, Laings have been known in Wales for their fine jewellery collections and retail of the world’s most coveted Swiss-watchmaking brands. The new look is a welcome change for the St. David’s Centre unit, embracing modern furnishings whilst staying uniquely Laings in the interiors DNA.
Following expansion in 2021, the space has been enhanced to achieve the family-owned company’s goal of being a premier destination for luxury in Wales. The showroom has modernised their window design, removing window backs completely from the storefront, allowing passersby a more detailed view of product and the showroom itself. Setting the tone for the Laings experience before stepping inside.
The best of Swiss watchmaking can be found to the left of the entrance whereas the right-hand side of the showroom transports clients into a world of craftsmanship as well as diamond and jewellery brilliance. Guests will enter to a newly redesigned host welcome area where they will be greeted for appointments and walk-ins.

The addition of new cabinets allows for greater product variety on the shop-floor, with new turntable displays that give 360 views of the pieces. Laings workshop will continue to operate above the showroom crafting bespoke jewellery pieces and managing general jewellery repairs and services. Timepiece restoration will also continue to be a focus with expert watchmakers ready to advise in their new setting. Each element of the renovated showroom acting as an effort to continue the time-honoured tradition of jewellery and watchmaking.
On the renovation, Showroom Manager, Katie Keefe states:
‘We have always cherished our clients here at Laings Cardiff and aim to ensure we give them the best luxury experience that Wales can offer. These advancements to our showroom are not only a physical improvement to our space but are also a reflection of our commitment to our clients.’
Laings assures that though transformed, the showroom will remain reassuringly familiar to clients and mirror the exacting standard they have come to expect. The complete showroom is now fully open to the public.
