Snowdonia cheese is an award-winning welsh cheese manufacturer, founded back in 2001 and created among the valleys, lakes and mountains of North Wales. Snowdonia cheese started selling their traditional welsh produce at farmers markets. Now Snowdonia cheese is selling their wide range of cheese in upscale retail stores and prestige events, including their ‘black bomber’ voted best cheese for the 4th time in 5 years.
Snowdonia cheese is even loved by the royals! Harry and Meghan were a fan of their unique cheese wedding cake made especially for them during their Royal visit to Cardiff, back in January 2018.

Incorporating traditional country garden flavours and special blends, Rose Cottage Drinks is a family-run flavoured gin specialist business located in the North East of England. Rose Cottage will be travelling to Cardiff and attending The Christmas Market this year selling their fruity and floral flavours to the public in particular; plum and pear, stinging nettle, peach and ginger including the classics; bramble and elderflower.

Passionate about animals, wildlife and the environment Katherine has created a career as a part-time architect and part-time artist. Visiting locations in Wales in her electric car to later draw them with pen and ink, later scanning and printing for sale. Curating items in a unique way, Katherine has had huge success with her artwork and gifts, priding herself as environmentally conscious with all packaging being biodegradable and compostable.
Having been a finalist at the Cardiff Business Awards nominated for Young Businessperson of the Year back in 2017 this has led to Katherine has featured at many events and exhibitions such as; Penarth Pier open exhibition, September 2017.
