Farmers’ by Welsh Lavender

The story of Farmers’ by Welsh Lavender began in 2003 when Bill Newton-Smith and Nancy Durham wondered how they might put their Welsh sheep farm to new use. Nancy wondered if she might be able to grow a lavender hedge on the farm, by September of that year an entire field of Lavender had been planted. This is how a philosopher and journalist became farmers and distillers of lavender oil.

Nancy and Bill farm and distil the oil on their farm and then send it to Helen Lowe in North Wales, who develops and creates the Farmers’ products. The product is then sent back to the farm for bottling and labelling.

All the Farmers’ products, with the exception of the balms which do contain honey, are vegan.
